Follow the Learning Experience Adventure!
”A person practices the art of adventure when they break the chain of routine and renew their life through reading new books, traveling to new places, making new friends, taking up new hobbies and adopting new viewpoints.” – Wilfred Peterson
Z and I are wrapping up our California visit, it was an action packed 6 weeks! We are off to Atlanta next week, then back to School of the World in Costa Rica for some sun and surf. Z is busy planning the launch of the Learning Vacation Network, which will be an association of the best learning vacations in the world and also the host site for Learning Experience episodes. It will take several months to organize and launch the site for LVN, and then we will start traveling to visit and report on cool learning vacations, retreats, and workshops during the peak summer months of June-August. 2012 is going to be an exciting year for sure! Next month I return to California for a shoot with a wonderful company and a legendary photographer (can’t give away the details just yet!) and then we have the launch party for the Surfing magazine swimsuit edition.

We have been working on organizing our digital lives. Z and I are both Instagram addicts, and we just recently consolidated to simplify and share the same account. If you use Instagram you can follow us @zplusn . We also launched a Facebook page for Learning Experience, which will have a lot of behind the scenes photos, daily links to new learning vacations, and other news. If twitter is your thing, check us out @zplusn . If you just want to follow the blog, you can subscribe to get email posts or, if you have an iphone or ipad, can bookmark our homepage and add it to your home screen (our Z+N logo will appear as an App icon).
Learning Experience is all about us chasing our dreams and inspiring others to do the same, and we need all of your support to get to the next level! If you like what we are doing and the idea of taking learning vacations please follow, like, comment, share, and help us spread the word. In the social media world every click counts as support.
Check out Swell.com’s blog next week, I wrote a guest style post on “How to Pack for a Surf Trip” and they will also be featuring a sweepstakes for a free week at School of the World. Thanks again everyone for all of your support and love, we are really excited about 2012 and want you all to join us in the action.
